Lion Brand Yarn Lion Cotton [Worsted-weight, 100% cotton; 236yd/212m per 140g skein; 1 ball]. Sample knit in color Morning Glory Blue, #760-108.
Size US 7/4.5mm needles, or size to obtain gauge
Row Counter, optional
Gauge:
16 stitches and 24 rows is 4 inches/10 cm in Stockinette Stitch
Errata: Row 10 instructions should read: K4, P28, K4.

I am working on your “HI” dishcloth. The pattern tells me to cast on 36 stitches. However, row 10 tells me to K6, P28, K6, that’s 40 stitches.
Can you tell me whether I should have cast on 40 stitches or or do a
K4, P28, K4 pattern?
